1. Help and questions

Email [email protected] for anything about using Calmr, including:
  • How to do something, or where to find a setting.
  • Trouble signing in, verifying your email address or syncing between devices.
  • Something that isn't working as you expect.
  • Ideas for new features or improvements.
  • Questions about Calmest, your plan, payments or invoices.
  • Refund requests, including within your 14 days to change your mind, as Payments and refunds describes.

2. Security, privacy and legal

Email [email protected] for matters that need careful handling:
  • Reporting a security vulnerability, as our Security page describes.
  • Requests about your personal data, such as asking what we hold or asking us to correct it, as our privacy policy describes.
  • Questions about our terms and other legal matters.

3. Things you can do yourself

These don't need an email, and take effect at once:
  • Reset a forgotten password with “Forgot your password?” on the sign-in page.
  • Download a copy of your data on the Account page.
  • Change or cancel Calmest on the Billing page.
  • Delete your account, or some of your data, as Your data explains.

4. Reporting a problem

To help us fix a problem quickly, please include:
  • What you did, what you expected to happen and what happened instead.
  • A screenshot or screen recording, if you can take one.
  • The debug info from the About page in Settings: press the copy button beside Debug info and paste it into your email. It names your version of Calmr and your device, and nothing from your account.

5. Keeping your account safe

Please write from the email address you signed up with, so we can find your account. We will never ask for your password, so never include it in an email to us or anyone claiming to be Calmr.

6. When to expect a reply

We acknowledge security reports within 24 hours and aim to answer refund requests within 5 working days. We respond to requests about your personal data within one month, as UK data protection law requires.
