You can delete your Calmr account and everything in it yourself, at any time, without contacting us. Use the button at the bottom of this page, or follow these steps in the Calmr app on any device:
Sign in to Calmr.
Open Settings, then Account.
Under Danger zone, press Delete account.
Choose whether to have a copy of your data emailed to you first, enter your password and press Delete account.
The Account page opens Settings at Account. Deletion takes effect at once, on every device, and cannot be undone.
2. Delete some of your data
You can also delete some of your data and keep your account:
Delete any item, such as a task, habit, document, note or reading, from its menu. It moves to the Bin, where it is deleted permanently after 30 days, or at once if you empty the Bin in Settings, then Bin.
Withdraw your health data consent on the Account page. This permanently deletes your weigh-ins, blood pressure readings, health conditions, medication and height.
Remove a connected email account or external calendar from its settings. This deletes its settings, its password, sign-in token or link, and any events it brought in.
Remove your profile photo on the Account page.
3. What is deleted
Deleting your account deletes your name, email address, password hash, profile photo, settings and everything you created in Calmr, including documents, images, tasks, notes, habits, calendar events, health records, medication and finances. It is removed from our database immediately, and your images are deleted from storage shortly afterwards. Your sessions end on every device, and the offline copy on each device is removed the next time it connects. Your Stripe customer record is deleted too, which cancels any Calmest subscription immediately.
4. What is kept, and for how long
Security logs, server logs and error reports, which hold your account ID and IP address but never your email address or content, are kept for 90 days and then deleted. Stripe may keep records of payments you made for as long as the law requires. Your connected mail stays with your mail provider, since Calmr never stores it.
